Providing Artwork for PVC Banners
Provide artwork as PDF (preferred), JPEG (300 dpi minimum) or Png.

- Upload during checkout – choose “Upload Artwork”.
- Email – up to 20 MB: [email protected].
- Large files – share via Dropbox, or Google Drive after you click upload artwork button.
Our studio checks every file and will contact you if adjustments are needed before printing.
- Use high contrast for readability; avoid thin and fancy fonts on busy backgrounds.
- Keep key messages large — around 1 inch text per 10 ft viewing distance.
- Supply logos as vector files (PDF) for sharp results.
- If using borders, allow a 20–30 mm safe margin to avoid uneven trimming.
You will see a digital proof when you click upload artwor. If you like a wet proof (small printed image) can be provide at additional cost.
All banners are printed in high resolution using eco-friendly HP Latex inks — UV-stable, odourless, and weatherproof for long-lasting outdoor performance.
