Choosing the right material for your banner is important. Whether you need something tough for outdoors or an eco-friendly banner for a corporate campaign, we’ve got a range of options to suit every job:

Standard PVC: The most popular option for outdoor signage. Our standard PVC is a strong 450gsm material with internal nylon reinforcement. It’s waterproof, tear-resistant, easy to roll up, and simple to hang.

Mesh PVC: Ideal for breezy or exposed areas. Mesh PVC has small holes that let air pass through, reducing wind load. Commonly used on scaffolding, fences, and construction sites.

Blackout Vinyl: Perfect for double-sided banners. A light-blocking layer prevents show-through, making it ideal for lamppost banners and cross-street displays.

Eco-Friendly Recyclable Material: A recyclable option, best for indoor promotions or short-term outdoor use. Popular with supermarkets and retailers aiming for sustainable choices.

Fabric Banners: A softer, canvas-like finish. Lightweight, reusable, and great for restaurants, galleries, and indoor displays.

We use HP Latex inks a greener alternative to solvent inks that still delivers vibrant, long-lasting results.

Unlike solvent inks, Latex inks are clean, safe, and suitable for a wider range of indoor and outdoor settings.

Absolutely; our printers create banners seamlessly up to 2.5m wide in a single piece. Larger sizes can be made by joining strips together.

Our most popular printed PVC banner sizes are 6’x2’, 8’x3’, 10’x3’, and 10’x4’. These can be selected as set sizes for easy ordering

Yes. We can produce banners printed on both sides with block-out material in between to prevent show-through. Perfect for cross-street and lamppost banners.

We have a fast, easy-to-use online design tool. Choose a template from our library or start from scratch to create your banner.

Preferred format: PDF in CMYK. We also accept EPS, TIFF, PSD, or JPEG (300 dpi). Our system checks your file before printing. Simply choose “upload artwork” when you place your orderFull artwork instructions here.

We use CMYK digital printing and your screen is RGB, so exact colour matches aren’t guaranteed. You can request a proof for an additional fee to get as close as possible.

You have a choice. We offer straight cut banners to keep costs low, or banners with turned hems and metal eyelets every 2-4 ft for easy hanging. Banner can also be made with pockets for scaffold banners and lamppost banners

Choose from grommets, pole pockets, and reinforced hems. We recommend using bungee cords or cable ties for secure installation. See our banner hanging guide.

We don’t recommend wind slits as they can weaken the structure. Mesh PVC is a better option for windy conditions.

Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days. Rush options (next day / same day) are available on some products, shown on product pages where available.

Yes the more you order, the lower the unit cost. We also offer trade pricing, package deals, and ongoing account discounts. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

Digital proofs can be seen in the deign tool. Physical samples can be provided for a small fee but will delay production. Please call us if you need a printed proof

It is not possible to return custom-printed products for a refund other than in the event of: An order being produced to the wrong order specification An order not meeting an acceptable standard In either of these cases, we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. Any errors in printing must be reported via e-mail to [email protected]. Please make sure to include your job ID number in the subject line. In order to qualify for a full refund, you will need to email us within 3 days of order receipt. We may also require you to return your order and/or provide photographic evidence of the issue with your order..
